1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowGraph Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Model Neutrality Disclaimer

FlowGraph Pro is an agnostic orchestration client. It connects to AI providers using your own API keys (Bring Your Own Key). We:

• Do not host or operate any AI models;
• Do not control, moderate, or review the content generated by third-party AI providers;
• Bear no liability for hallucinations, inaccurate output, copyright issues, or any other content generated through third-party APIs.

3. API Usage & Costs

• You are solely responsible for provisioning and maintaining your own API keys.
• You are solely responsible for any financial costs, API billing fees, or consumption limits incurred by using third-party APIs through FlowGraph Pro.
• We strongly recommend setting hard billing limits in your provider's dashboard to prevent unexpected charges.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlowGraph Pro to:

• Generate, distribute, or automate illegal content;
• Create or spread malware, phishing flows, or harmful automation;
• Systematically bypass safety rules, rate limits, or guardrails of third-party AI providers;
• Infringe the rights of clients, collaborators, copyright holders, or data subjects.

You are also responsible for complying with the Terms of Use, content policies, and rate limits of any AI provider you connect to FlowGraph Pro.

5. Output, Ownership, and Responsibility

Your prompts, project files, and outputs remain under your control. However, you are responsible for:

• Checking whether generated work is accurate and fit for use;
• Confirming whether you have the rights to use, edit, publish, or sell generated output;
• Ensuring use of the output complies with the provider terms that apply to the model you used.

We do not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, legal clearance, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Alpha Launch Notice

FlowGraph Pro is currently released as an alpha product. Features, connectors, agent strategies, and export behavior may change over time. You agree that the software may evolve and that some features may be experimental at launch.

7. Limitation of Liability

As stated in our End User License Agreement, the software is provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for claims, losses, billing charges, lost profits, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of the software or from output generated through third-party models.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
