End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

The Software is provided as Freeware. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable right to download, install, and use the Software globally, free of charge, for both personal and commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software;
• Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or copyright marks from the Software;
• Distribute the Software or make it available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously, without explicit written permission from the developer.

3. Your Content

Your prompts, project files, and generated outputs remain yours, subject to the terms and policies of any third-party model provider you use.

You are responsible for checking whether generated materials are accurate, lawful, and safe to publish, deliver, or commercialize. We make no guarantees about the factual accuracy, originality, or legal clearance of content produced by third-party AI models.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

The developer does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in the Software will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of data, profits, API credits, or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort arising in any way out of the use of this Software.

6. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with the original developer. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of FlowGraph Pro.
